THE MISSION BOARD

Some of the most involved members of our church belong to the Mission Board.  Board Members are selected and elected by the church membership annually, and they oversee the daily operations of the church, which includes reviewing policies and procedures, management of our facilities, fiscal matters and even the coordination of social activities like the Friends and Families Annual Luncheon. Board Membership is diverse and represents new members as well as some of our longest serving members.

The Mission Board's most recent campaign was Beyond the Commons: Transforming Hospitality for the Community and Beyond.  Beyond the Commons has provided a program of transforming hospitality to those outside our congregational boundaries.  Beyond the Commons has expanded and enhanced the hospitality that we can show to the greater community around us.  And, Beyond the Commons has secured the infrastructure of our campus for years to come with the renovation of the Voorhees Mission House.
