Maundy Thursday, April 6

This liturgy commemorates Jesus taking the servant’s role, washing the disciples’ feet. He instituted Holy Eucharist with them, giving them and us a New Commandment: Love One Another.
Good Friday Tenebrae, April 7
5:30 pm
The Good Friday service this year will be in the form of a Tenebrae Service. It is a dramatic and solemn service. The word Tenebrae is from the Latin word for darkness. While the congregation is in prayer, seven candles are extinguished one by one, in memory of the seven last words of Christ, concluding the service just as Jesus' crucifixion concluded...in darkness. It is a fitting end to Good Friday and sets the scene for the Resurrection to come.
Easter Sunday, April 9
10:00 am
Our joyous celebration of Easter will be marked by the visit of Bishop Jay Lambert, Assisting Bishop in our diocese. Bishop Lambert will celebrate the Eucharist and preach. We are honored to have Bishop Lambert with us on the most important and joyous celebration in all of Christianity.
