If you enjoy the blues and good food, then St Benedict the Moor Blues Festival is for you!  This popular, annual event features Rockin’ Blues music, food, beverages and games at one of St. Augustine’s historical sites.

We are a group of compassionate citizens who want to contribute a valuable resource—our love and mental intention = energy—to helping the Natural World. We will dedicate our monthly gatherings to help heal Mother Earth and all her creations by such non-verbal methods as:

• Call & response chanting, non-performance music & spontaneous movement, inspiring imagery, etc.
• Expressing heartfelt gratitude to Nature
• Being interconnected with one another and our planet

A short silent stillness ends our focus of this powerful, positive energy gifted to healing the planet, which naturally, includes ourselves. We give, we receive.

All are welcome, observers as well as participants.
